These are Sandrakkers. Little creatures from the imaginary land of Sandrak.
They first appeared in my childrens book Sunshine on bare feet. You can read all about it, including a story from the book HERE. The Dutch version has sold out. The English version can still be ordered.

Ze zijn voor het eerst verschenen in mijn kinderboek Zonneschijn op blote voeten.
